Edible Story is an 8-part English language series from 2022 in which Dan explores 8 unique different dishes and their curious backstory. The dishes and the colourful characters making them represent all major regions of Thailand, in a back-alley and rustic kitchen adventure into the heart of old school Thai food.

Dishes featured are from some of our favourite destinations, including Phatthalung, Chiang Mai, [Khanom Wong], [Pla Kapong], Nakhon Nayok, [Khao Pong], and Tom Plara Hua Tan.
